SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders (except USA), we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 600. On orders less than USD 600, a shipping charge of USD 25 will be applicable.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 11 to 12 business days to dispatch orders within India or abroad.
Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All of Archana Rao Label orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Archana Rao Label takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Above is not applicable for USA. Orders from USA are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from ArchanaRaoLabel.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on support@archanaraolabel.com to assist you on the same.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
- The order is canceled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at support@archanaraolabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
